Can I place an order for delivery?
Yes, you can order for delivery in Lagos only. Kindly contact our curbside delivery on +234 904 443 5286.
Do you operate deliveries on the mainland?
No, we do not. We deliver only to selected locations on the Island.
Where is your location in Abuja?
We are at 75 Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2 (Inside the Delizz Supermarket Complex).
Do you make whole cakes for sale?

Do you deliver whole cakes?
No, we do not. Customers can only pick up their cakes at our bakery at 2 Abimbola Awoniyi Close, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Can I send a dispatch to pick up my whole cake?
We strongly advise against picking up cake orders with dispatch rides. The safest option for pickup is a vehicle.
Do you accept cash payments?
No, we do not. We only accept transfers and POS payments at all our outlets.
Is it just gelato you sell at your outlets?
No, we also sell cupcakes, cake slices, cake loaves, pies, brownies, puddings, Dubai chocolate bars, cassava chips, sweet potato crisps, and granola, depending on the store and day you visit.
What are your opening hours?
At the Radisson VI, Lennox Lekki, and Glover Ikoyi outlets. Our operating hours are
10 AM to 8 PM on weekdays; and
10 AM to 9 PM on weekends and public holidays
The Ikeja and Upbeat outlets operate from
11 AM to 7 PM on weekdays; and
11 AM to 8 PM on weekends and public holidays.
Our Abuja outlet
11 AM to 9 PM on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes, you can! In-store pickup is available at all our locations in Lagos and Abuja. You can find the complete list of our outlets on the Locations page of our website.

What is your photo policy in stores?
While in our stores, you are limited to taking pictures and videos of your treats only.

Yes, some of our products contain dairy and other common allergens like nuts, eggs, and gluten.
Do your products contain nuts?
Yes, our products contain nuts. We are not a nut-free environment.
Our products are made in a facility that processes peanuts, sesame, tree nuts, milk, eggs, soy, gluten, wheat, sesame, and dried fruits.
They may also contain traces of other tree nuts.
Apart from gelato & desserts, what do you do for events?
We cater cotton candy, hot dogs, popcorn, soft serve gelato & slush.
